TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN PARK ISLANDS (TARP)

Join us for an island excursion to the islands off KK city. The marine park is a cluster of islands comprising of Gaya, Sapi, Manukan, Mamutik and Sulug, all only 10 to 20 minutes away from the city by speedboat.

The five islands of the Marine Park are characterized by shallow waters; sumptuous coral gardens and boasts splendid white sandy beaches. Our professional dive guide will ensure you experience the beauty and adventure of the amazing underwater world!

Discover Scuba Dive (no certification)

- minimum 2 persons
An ideal package for those who have never dived before but eager to journey into a haven of breathtaking marine life – beautiful coral reefs and colourful fishes. Expect a guided step-by-step introduction to scuba diving and learn how to suit up and use your diving equipment. Prepare yourself for an experience of a lifetime!

Leisure Dive (for certified divers)

- minimum 2 person
TARP offers some of the finest dive spots in Sabah. You will able to spot some a variety of marine creatures such as turtles, barracudas, sting rays, moray eels and much more.

Snorkelling package (Non-divers)

- minimum 2 persons
Not a diver? Prefer a more relaxed pace? Don’t fret; we have just the package for you. Enjoy the day relaxing on the beach, working on your tan or have fun snorkelling in the surrounding coral reefs!

MANTANANI ISLANDS - PALM BEACH

Mantanani Islands are a group of three isolated islands located northwest of Kota Belud, about an hour’s drive from the state capital of Sabah, Kota Kinabalu. These islands are approximately 45 minutes boat ride by speedboat from the mainland.

The islands boasts of crystal clear blue waters filled with a myriad of marine life and white sandy beaches fringed by coconut palm trees. One of the main reasons that Mantanani Islands is popular for local and tourists alike is because of its picturesque scenery, cool breezes and serene environment.

USUKAN BAY WRECK DIVING

Explore wreck diving at Usukan Bay, located 20 to 30 minutes away by speedboat from the mainland district of Kota Belud. Kota Belud is located 1˝ hours drive from Kota Kinabalu City, state capital of Sabah in East Malaysia.

The Usukan wrecks consist of three Japanese World War II ships that were torpedoed by the USS DASE, a US submarine on October 14, 1944. These three wrecks are about 3000 - 7000 tonnes and lie within a kilometre of each other. They are called the ‘Rice Bowl Wreck,’ the ‘Upside Down Wreck’ and the ‘Usukan Bay Wreck.’ Their coral encrusted hulls attract a variety of schooling fishes and large stingrays. The wrecks, located 20 - 40 metres below surface, are covered in shades of red, purple, yellow and black corals and clouded by shores of cardinal, batfish, jacks, tuna and yellow-tailed barracuda.

SIPADAN ISLAND

Voted as one of the top dive spots in the world, Sipadan Island is an oceanic island made up of living corals growing on top of an extinct volcano which rose 600m from the sea bed. A truly aquatic wonderland, any avid diver should dive at Sipadan at least once if not more, in your lifetime.

Package includes ground and sea transfer, accommodation (cabin), 3 meals a day, 3 boat dives a day, unlimited beach dives, tanks and weight belt.

LICENSED DIVE COURSES

PADI Open Water Diver Course – 3 days

For greater challenges to explore deeper the beauty of the underwater world, get certified with our PADI Open Water Diver Course and you will have the liberty to dive with anyone! This is the entry level (beginner’s) certification where our PADI certified instructor will teach you the fundamentals of how to scuba dive safely, proper handling and use of equipment and techniques. This course will open doors leading to exciting underwater adventures for life.

This well-tailored programme consists of;

  1. Academics
  2. Skills development in shallow water and/or confined water
  3. Open water training dives

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Temporary Certification Card certified by an instructor which is valid for 90 days. Original Certified Card will be sent directly to you from PADI Australia.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course - 2 days

For advanced certified divers who want to expand their knowledge and skills. With 2 courses to choose from, you will make 3 core dives and 2 elective dives from a list of 5 to expose you to the fundamentals of advanced diving which includes the following;

  1. Underwater Navigation
  2. Night Diving
  3. Deep Diving
Choose 2 elective dives from this list;

Mounts Kinabalu

Escorted by an official guide from the Kinabalu Park, you can conquer this magnificent peak in two days if you are up to it. A challenge for the physically fit and lovers of real mountain climbing. This package includes accommodation, land transfer, meals, entrance fee, climbing permit, certificate, insurance and mountain guide.

Kinabalu Park and Poring Hot Springs

If your idea of a holiday destination is rejuvenation, scenic countryside and all things natural, enjoy a day’s excursion to Kinabalu Park, Nabalu Handicraft Market and then to the Poring Hot Springs for soothing Japanese styled hot sulphuric bath. This package comes with land transfer, lunch, park entrance fees and a qualified tour guide.


White Water Rafting

Two beautiful rivers, one relatively tame and the other will take you on a thrill ride of your life!

Kiulu River – the perfect introduction for first timers and children. With the river current slower, this ride will let you enjoy traditional villages and lush paddy fields as you float down the river.

Padas River – Gushing through the mighty Padas Gorge, this is a challenge for the more adventurous. An ultimate extreme sport as you shoot through rapids after rapids and experience nerve tingling excitement.

Klias River Cruise

For couples who want something to do in the evening, somewhere romantic yet intriguing, this sunset cruise along the Klias wetlands allow you a peak into the wildlife world to view the comical Proboscis monkey and the cheeky macaques among the mangrove trees.
