Palm Beach - Fantactic new beach at Mantanani Island!‘Bigger, better and beautiful set-up’…Yes! That is what our guests are raving about, our new place called ‘PALM BEACH’ on Mantanani Island! PALM BEACH is surrounded by 300 metres of powdery white sandy shoreline, crystal clear blue waters and fringed by swaying coconut trees. We’ve named our new place ‘PALM BEACH’ due to its significant geographical shoreline in the shape of a ‘palm’ as well as the many coconut palm trees surrounding the beach. PALM BEACH offers more space for you to relax and enjoy the scenery and natural beauty of the island. Our concept is simple, laidback and is in-tuned more to nature, minimizing use of non-recyclable building materials and maximizing use of natural resources such as nipah and lalang leaves driftwood, coconut husks, coconut leaves and dried shells and corals to beautify ‘PALM BEACH’ naturally. As you will soon see for yourself, even the main building structures on the beach are well hidden amongst the coconut trees to blend in with the natural environment. Our beach is equipped with hammocks, lounging chairs, washroom and showers with fresh water from an underground well. At ‘PALM BEACH’ you can opt to just sit back and relax or have fun with the numerous activities available such as scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing in a wooden boat, volleyball, blow-pipe, kite flying, board games or request for a ‘local village tour.’ A delicious array of barbecued grills awaits you after your adventure. We look forward to welcome you soon to PALM BEACH! |
